Liaising with real estate agents
Visiting properties on your behalf
Regularly reporting back on progress
Liaising with an independent mortgage advisor for advice on available mortgage product rates
Preparing financial analysis spreadsheets for a shortlist of appropriate properties, highlighting investment strengths and weaknesses
Predicting 5-year compound growth based on market data available
Advising on realistic rental values and net/gross annual rental yields
Negotiating purchase terms
The Search & Find service begins with an initial 6 month retainer and I’ll need upfront evidence to show funds for purchase are available.
